i knew a couple of the facts before one of them being the country being near sea level.
ReplyDeleteI think the most interesting fact in this list is the one about the color orange, i especially find it surprising because as far as I knew people who are proud of their country associate themselves with the colors of the flag.
I wonder why the royal color is orange why not something else?
I have never given any thought to making a list of interesting facts about my country but if I had to I would probably include that most wild growing forest areas that you see are most likely protected, in fact I have personally never found wild untamed plant life that was neither private property nor a nature reserve
Hi Roni! Nice contribution! It seems the colour orange was chosen because of the House of Orange-Nassau, an important and beloved dinasty established in The Netherlands in 1544.
